Hexline Supply is a small Dallas shop making custom mounting and integration hardware for low-voltage, AV, security, and IT work.
We start with the practical details: the device, the box, the surface, the rack. A catalogue design can be the starting point. A photo of an awkward fit can be one, too.
Does a request commit me to an order?
No. A request starts a discussion. Nothing is made or charged until you approve a written quote and follow its payment instructions.
Do I need a finished CAD file?
No. A device model, photo, rough dimensions, and quantity are enough to start. If you have a STEP, STL, 3MF, or drawing, include it.
Can a part go outdoors or support equipment?
Those uses need review for the exact part and installation. Your quote states any approved environment and load limits. Parts are not for structural, life-safety, fire-rated, or other safety-critical use. Low-voltage plates are not covers for line-voltage wiring boxes.
How much does custom work cost?
Design effort, material, dimensions, quantity, and intended use shape the quote. The catalogue includes guide prices for standard designs. Shipping, tax, and any custom changes are confirmed before payment.
When will I hear back?
We reply within 2 business days with a quote or any questions we need answered. Production and shipping dates are confirmed in your written quote.
What will the finish look like?
Printed parts can show layer lines and small surface variations. Tell us if appearance, color, or a contact surface matters so we can include those requirements in the quote.
What if a part arrives damaged or isn’t what we agreed?
Tell us so we can review it and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Unused standard items have a 30-day return option; custom order rules differ. Read the shipping and returns policy.
