These terms apply to hexlinesupply.com, requests made through the site, and orders that Hexline Supply, LLC accepts directly. Purchases through Etsy or another marketplace also follow that marketplace's checkout, listing, and buyer-protection terms. Please contact quotes@hexlinesupply.com if a term is unclear before ordering.
Requests, quotes, and orders
Sending a request does not create an order or a promise to manufacture a part. We review specifications, intended use, materials, quantity, price, shipping, and timing before accepting custom work. A written quote or product listing identifies what is being offered. We may decline work we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown in the listing, written quote, or checkout before payment. A payment confirmation records payment; Hexline will separately confirm custom production and delivery. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order after payment, we will notify you and provide a prompt refund.
Product descriptions and intended use
Dimensions, materials, compatible devices, supported loads, environmental limits, and installation instructions are product-specific. Use only the specifications and limits supplied for the particular item or agreed in the written quote. A photograph or concept image on this site does not establish a tested product, load rating, safety certification, or compatibility with every device or installation.
Do not use an item for a structural, life-safety, fall-protection, fire-rated, or other safety-critical purpose unless Hexline has expressly identified that exact use in writing. Ceiling, overhead, outdoor, and equipment-supporting uses require express suitability for the particular product and installation. The installer remains responsible for selecting appropriate fasteners and substrate, following applicable codes and manufacturer instructions, and checking fit and installation conditions. These statements do not reduce any rights or remedies you have for a defective or misdescribed product.
Customer-supplied files
If you send a drawing, photo, CAD file, or other design, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and authorize us to evaluate it and, if we accept an order, make the agreed quantity for you. You keep ownership of your original content. We will not offer your supplied design for sale to others without your permission. We may ask for clarification or decline files that raise safety, intellectual-property, or legal concerns. Please do not email payment-card numbers, patient information, or other sensitive information with a request.
Shipping, returns, and problems
Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains delivery estimates, the 30-day return option for unused standard products, and how we handle damage, errors, defects, and custom orders. Please contact us promptly if something is wrong so we can review it.
Site content and links
The site's text, branding, and original images belong to Hexline or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the site, but may not present its content as your own. Links to outside services, including Etsy or Stripe checkout when offered, lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices.
Legal terms
Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these website terms prospectively; the version in effect when a direct order is accepted applies to that order unless we and the customer agree otherwise.
