This policy explains how Hexline Supply, LLC handles information when you visit hexlinesupply.com, email us, request a quote, or place a direct order. A marketplace such as Etsy and a payment service such as Stripe have their own privacy notices for information they collect directly.
Information we receive
- Requests and correspondence: your name, email address, optional phone number, company, messages, photos, device details, dimensions, CAD or other files, and any information you choose to send.
- Orders: items, quoted specifications, price, shipping and billing details, order status, and communications needed to make, deliver, and support an order. If direct Stripe checkout is offered, Stripe collects payment details; we receive transaction and fulfillment information, not your full card number.
- Site operation: technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and security or error events may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. The homepage stores only your text-size and contrast choices in your browser's local storage.
The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to obtain those files. We do not currently place advertising pixels on this site or sell personal information for targeted advertising.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; evaluate fit, safety, and manufacturability; prepare and fulfill orders; process payments and refunds; provide customer support; protect the site and business; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer-supplied design files to create products for other customers without permission. We do not send marketing emails merely because you requested a quote.
Who helps us operate
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and routes mail sent to our domain. Our email provider receives and stores correspondence. If direct checkout is enabled and you use it, Stripe processes payments and may collect shipping and tax details. Shipping carriers receive information needed to deliver orders. We may share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, disputes, or security. We do not sell your personal information.
If you buy through Etsy or follow another external link, that service handles information under its own privacy policy. We may receive the order details needed to fulfill and support a marketplace order.
Storage, security, and your choices
We keep quote and order records for as long as reasonably needed for the request, fulfillment, support, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. No internet or email system can promise absolute security; we use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle. Please avoid sending payment-card numbers, patient information, or other sensitive information in a quote email.
You can change or clear the homepage display setting using your browser's storage controls. You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to nonessential use. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records where required for orders, taxes, security, or legal claims. We will respond as applicable law requires.
Children and changes
This site is intended for business customers and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change; the current version and update date will appear here. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be handled as applicable law requires.
